I raised in Brentwood Bay, on Vancouver Island' Tsartlip Reserve.
This is where I was introduced to Native Art and is inspired to create. I was self taught and turned to books that i found in the libraries. I carved my first talking stick at the age of twelveand i have been working with red and yellow cedar ever since. As he years progressed, I moved toward art from the northwest coast, I learned Tsimshian art and design from Master Carver, Herber Reece.
