Legend has the "Salmon" as the transportation device for the human soul to the heavens, because the salmon is one of the innocent beings of creation, and as they climb the rivers to spawn and expire they are also traveling closer to heaven helping the soul even more to its final destination.

In this rendition of the salmon, the soul is resting in the body just as jesus was placed in Mary's arms in Michelangelo's sculpture 'Pieta'.

This idea came from the "raven releasing the sun legend"
 a chief used to keep the sun in a box, this is a interpretation of the sun in the box
at the foot of his bed, these bent boxes where used to keep there valuables, the raven knew he had this light and quickly made a plans to trick him and steal it from him so he could release it into the sky.

like the beaver, construction of his home are found from the trees and foliage in his immediate surroundings, this piece i take the mindset of the beaver and as he does, i find recycling wood from my immediate surroundings and construct a utilatiarian device used by humans.

The beaver builds the it's home.
The artist builds a utilatiarian device, a table to use as a working plain.

The frog is known as a positive spirit driver and thus is often associated with good luck. Frog is also said to be a messenger, as it can freely travel between land and water.
 
Because of his association with magic, frog is often affiliated with the Shamans. Frog can be identified by his green body and shape, he is also most often depicted with a wide mouth with an extended tongue.
 
The frog dance or "Tokwit", as related by artist Richard Hunt, is traditionally a woman's dance. It is said that "Tokwit" has supernatural powers and those who don¹t believe will be stricken by her power. Only Supernatural Frog can rescue them from this power.re was no moon or stars at night.
